In short

If the output is not delivered, is faulty or does not match the product page, we first redo it for free. If that does not fix it, we refund the full amount.

Time limit

Email hello@tadaa.one with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We reply within 3 business days.

How

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy; depending on your bank this can take 5-10 business days.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period and are not charged again.
